Hi! So it's been a hot garbage minute.....and I'm doing some office cleaning. I no longer use my back up bridal show display photos and I'd like to get them back to their families. If any of you are captured in these photos I'd love to get them to you. You are beautiful and an inspiration. Thank you for being a part of the family. It's been 15 years of beauty, travel love and hugs from Alaska to FL and in between and I don't want these to sit in a closet. Please contact me at [email protected] and send me your deets. ( She also is GETTING MARRIED SO YAY FOR THAT) Casie is an all around wonderful person I know from the photo (and SM/UX) community, dog lover, sister, undercover retired {but are u ever really "retired"} MIB agent, basically a bad who has a found a wonderful "partner in do-good" Sean. Today (yesterday by now) in a blaze of purple glory she marries Sean, TODAY she goes bald to raise $ for childrens cancer research. She's found an organization that takes PURPLE colored hair too. Even CRAZY AWESOME PURPLE HAIR!! Please consider donating, she's so close to her goal of SMASHING $20k donated!!!

Was out for a hike at loon mountain the other day, and happened upon some moss I found fascinating! I stuck a ring in it I had just bought at an artisan shop (and snagged it on something, so it was a more unique design, and kind of looked like a music g clef...) and spent some time admiring the moss. My companion thought I was nuts but thankfully had a ton of patience (and only rolled her eyes twice at my excitement), because she was stuck behind me in a one way rock ledge, so had to wait for me to be done my photo-shoot with the moss. They are different shots, frame 2 and 3, but I shot one landscape the other vertical, which do you like better? Do you like a certain orientation, or a certain pic better? (edit* someone asked me the info: shot 1/200 f2.8 iso 1250, with D800, and cheapo 28mm lens.) No color or exposure correction, did sharpen for web. I also poorly/quickly took the mini branch pine needle at the top out in the left pic but left in it the right. Doesn't really matter, though, now I feel like an eye doctor: left or right, left or right, 1 or 2...2 or 1.... lol. Also, do you see anything else in the image?
