This experience walks you through how to think through your idea, test it, and move forward using the Business Model Canvas and tools we've created after working with entrepreneurs for 20 years. The format is self-paced and intentionally feels like we’re sitting in the same room figuring things out together.

🎊We just hit a big milestone by funding our 200th loan! What's even better is that we're still partnering with the same borrower I gave my first loan to. Watching them grow and scale over the years has been a fun journey to be apart of. They've even outdone what I managed to achieve back in my flipping days!

In addition to reaching our 200-loan milestone, we've funded deals all the way to the western end of the state, covering areas like Scottsbluff, Ogallala, North Platte, and even the charming town of Broken Bow. It brings me joy to be a small part of people's real estate journeys.
