Most of us enjoy taking assessments.

We love discovering our strengths, learning how we're wired, and finally having words to describe why we think or lead the way we do.

But here's the catch...

An assessment isn't the finish line.

It's the starting line.

Real growth doesn't happen when you discover something new about yourself.

It happens when you do something with what you've discovered.

So here's something to think about:

Tacking to Success Mastermind - Tacking is a Sailing Term that means sailing into the wind in zig-zag fashion.

Why zig-zag? Because we cannot sail directly INTO the wind. It’s the same thing in LIFE, rarely is our path to success straight forward.

We must constantly evaluate where we are and when we must “tack” make a change to temporarily go a different direction to keep on track for where we ultimately want to go!
