To our valued customers:
Our last price increase was 2021. We’ve been able to absorb the price increases of our supplies for 5 years.
The sheer volume of deer coming in helped us to absorb those material price increases. As we have been taking in more and more deer, we reached our peak output last season and have realized we cannot take in more deer than we did in 25/26 deer season. Our freezers and helpers were pushed to the max. We have been faced with a decision of either to stop taking deer through January and February periodically which would make a lot of great loyal customers angry and that would be completely understandable. That’s no way to be rewarded for your loyalty.
Or we can simply go up in prices and give our employees a long awaited raise and slow down the influx of deer from other processors when they shut down.
A few of our specialty burger prices are going up from $1 a pound to $2.50 a pound like all the breakfast sausage and steak-burger.
No meat euros are going to $100.
All deer are going up $10 per animal on the processing fee.
A flat $5 fee will be added for cube steak as that is the most time consuming part of the standard process when done correctly. ( price hack ) Pick a single deer to do all cube steak on.
All other specialty items like jerky, snack sticks, bacon, bologna and summer sausage will stay the same.

Wow! This season 2026/27 we will offer pre mixed meatloaf in 1lb packs just like our brisket burger and breakfast sausage. We’ve been working on seasoning ratios for the perfect meatloaf and we found it! Just open the pack, pan up and bake or smoke.
We are also planning to offer pre seasoned taco meat. just open and cook the taco meat for delicious venison taco based meals.
We plan on deleting all bratwurst except the 2 most popular sellers to make room for these 2 pre packaged delights. Taco meat and meatloaf 😋.
We also plan to restructure our pricing. We are not able to handle any more deer than we did last 25/26 deer season of 3400 deer.
