For Clock Tower Animal Clinic, this project represents a true second life — not of a building, but of a vision.

Designed from the ground up, the new facility allowed us to rethink everything: workflow efficiency, patient comfort, staff collaboration, and long-term flexibility. Clinical areas were strategically organized to streamline movement between exam, treatment, and surgery. Public and medical zones were clearly defined to reduce stress for pets while improving operational clarity for the team.

Purposeful daylight, durable materials, and a welcoming front-of-house experience reinforce the clinic’s identity — professional, compassionate, and deeply rooted in community care.

Great design starts with listening.

When we partnered with Clock Tower in Lincoln, our goal was to take their standard of care and make it into a thoughtfully crafted building and environment. Every decision — from site planning to interior detailing — was rooted in workflow efficiency, patient comfort, and long-term adaptability.

The floor plan was strategically made to separate the public from the clinical circulation, reducing stress on pets while improving the operational flow for the staff. The exam rooms were positioned for intuitive wayfinding and immediate access to treatment areas, minimizing travel distances and maximizing team visibility.

Natural light was intentionally used in both client and staff areas to foster a calm, welcoming atmosphere and to support workplace wellness. Material selections balance durability and infection control with warmth and texture — reinforcing that clinical spaces can feel both precise and welcoming to patients and their owners.

Designing spaces is what we do. Designing spaces for those we care about, both people and pets, is something we are passionate about.

We are proud to have partnered with Clock Tower Animal Clinic here in town to design their new space on North 66th. From day one, our goal was to create a space that felt warm, welcoming, calm, and comforting — for both pets and owners.

We designed thoughtful exam rooms with a stress reducing layout. We utilized warm, natural lighting to fill the space and durable materials that hold up to claws. Every detail was designed to support their exceptional veterinary care while making visits easier on anxious tails, including our own.

Yes we trust them with our own dogs, and an employee and her family trust them also with their animals.

We were grateful that we could aid in bringing their vision to life and to support a team that cares so deeply for our community’s pets.
