🕒 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Billing and account management
Customer relations and support
Collections and payment follow-up
Report preparation and data tracking
Answering phones and dispatching
Managing social media and website updates

✅ Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and system knowledge
Experience with Excel and spreadsheets
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Previous office experience preferred

Notice: AT&T Text Messaging Notification Discontinuation Effective Today

This is a reminder that, starting today, August 15, 2025, text message notifications from Alarm.com to most AT&T mobile devices are being discontinued due to changes implemented by AT&T. Support for these SMS notifications ends today. To ensure your customers using AT&T mobile devices continue to receive important updates about their Alarm.com system activity, we are taking the following actions:

*Expanding SMS-to-Push Notification migration tools, targeting accounts with AT&T contacts.
*Removing AT&T SMS as a selectable notification option in end-user interfaces.
*Continuing to send alarm and other critical notifications via SMS to AT&T recipients already subscribed to these notifications, but no new subscriptions for AT&T contacts will be allowed.

As a reminder, Alarm.com already supports other messaging formats, including Push Notifications through the mobile app. We strongly recommend encouraging your customers to use Push Notifications whenever they set up notifications.

Position: Full-Time Security Technician
📍 Location: Lincolnton, NC

Helms Security is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Security Technician to join our team! If you have experience in the field—great! If not, we're willing to train the right candidate who's eager to learn and grow with us.

🔧 What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and service cutting-edge security systems: IP video/CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and emergency communication systems

Run cabling, mount system components, and ensure high standards of workmanship

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field

Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team and clients

💡 Ideal Candidate Will Have:

2+ years of experience with electronic security systems (preferred but not required — we will train motivated individuals)

Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems

Familiarity with tools and electrical safety (or willingness to learn)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

A great attitude, willingness to work hard, and ability to travel when needed

🛠 Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Clean background and ability to pass a drug test

Ready to start immediately
