Hydrographics otherwise known as: water-transfer printing, camo dipping, hydro-dipping, hydro-imaging. What all these have in common is water. Nearly any 3-D object made from plastic, wood, glass, metal and rubber can be decorated regardless of its size or shape. In other words anything than can be painted can be dipped. llery, weapons and vehicles. Over the years this technology has become available to the public allowing guns, automobile parts and many other endless opportunities to be decorated with hundreds of different patterns. How it is done: A pattern is chosen and place on a vat filled with water. Then an activator is sprayed on the film to dissolve it into a liquid. The item wanting to be decorated is than slowly lowered through the pattern where it adheres to the object. Once the item is removed from the water it is than rinsed and dried, then a top or clear coat is sprayed on the item for durable finish. Is it durable: the products are 100% durable, scratch resistant and UV resistant.
