We are looking for a female (Filipina) caregiver who can work as a live in from Friday at 9am to Monday at 9am: 3 days. Ideal candidate is someone who has at least 4 years of caregiving experience. Female client lives alone in Lincoln Park Area. This is just companionship. She loves to take a walk in the neighborhood. Caregiver must be able to walk with her.

Please bring all your documents for employment (SS Card, State ID/DL, Green Card or Working Permit, US Passport if already a US citizen, Bank Information for direct deposit, Covid Card, other training certificates, latest Physical with TB test, and references from other jobs if available). We are not issuing 1099. All workers here get W2s.

This is from PRIME SENIOR HOME CARE.

We have a Male client who lives alone in his 3,000sqf condo unit on Sheridan Road near Loyola University. He is bilingual.

He wants to have women LIVE IN caregivers.

He had a stroke and his left side of the body is affected. After intensive rehab, he's able to get up on his own from his bed, pivot, and sit on the wheelchair. He only needs contact guard assist or STANDBY ASSISTANCE.

He is only 5'5" and weighs around 140lbs.

Discharge from Belmont Village of Lincoln Park either 1st week or 2nd week of February.

A week before discharge, caregivers will work hourly first for 6 hours/day at Belmont Village so they get to know each other.

This is a live in case.

$225/day + $15/day food allowance

Female client with dementia. She’s a flight risk. Speaks Polish mostly; few English words. She lives with her son and daughter in law in Park Ridge.

Mondays: 5pm-8pm
Wednesdays: 5pm-8pm
Thursdays: 5pm-8pm
Fridays: 5pm-8pm

$25/hr.

Ideal candidates should be coming from Skokie, Evanston, or Morton Grove Area.

I know this is a short work schedule, so this can only work for those who have night shifts that start after 8pm.

We are looking for a strong female caregiver who can work from Friday AM to Monday AM (3 days) for a female client who lives in Norridge area (Lawrence and Cumberland).

Client can stand up with moderate assistance. There is a gait belt wrapped around her all the time. She holds on the walker in front of her and slowly pivots to sit on the wheelchair. Main bulk of the job is to help her get up from the recliner and then wheel her inside the bathroom. She does this multiple times during the day and we can’t change it. She forgets that she’s just been inside the bathroom. When she feels like going, there is no way to stop her to think about it.

Interested candidates should know that this is not the typical assignment where you can sit down all the time. You are sitting down beside her, yes, but when she feels the need/urge to use the bathroom, be ready to get up and help her. That’s the reality of the situation and no amount of telling her to do otherwise won’t help. We are looking for someone who has the patience and understanding needed for this kind of assignment.

Her husband is always there. help is given as needed. He’s the support of the caregivers and his wife. He’s very helpful and understanding.

Note:
If the caregiver drives and lives nearby, she can leave around 8.30pm and sleep at her place. But she must be back there at 6am because the client takes a shower every morning. Once she’s in bed she does not get up until the following morning at 6am.

Prime Senior Home Care is looking for two female caregivers who can work from 9am to 6pm (9 hours) for a female client in LINCOLNSHIRE.
One caregiver will pick up 4 days (36 hrs), and the other one picks up 3 days (27 hrs).

Possible start will be next week, August 19.
