My name is Ray I own two small business in Linden, New Jersey I’m a frequent customer at Harbor freight Linden in the morning off November 1 I came in to the store. Nothing unusual picked up a few things that I needed for one of my business when I got to the cash register there was no one at the register being owner of two business. My time is very limited. I looked around. I didn’t see nobody coming what I did her was too ladies chatting very loudly i stood there about two or three minute I waited and waited. They were two ladies inside a small room with a 3 x 3 see-through glass being that they were looking at me. standing there waiting but They just kept on talking to each other. and it sounded to me their conversation has nothing to do with the store. proceeded to walk up to the door and and i say excuse me is there somebody at the register that can help me, One of them yell out to an older lady that was working on the shelf and said to her in a nasty way come take care of the register there’s someone there I felt sorry and kind of embarrassed for the older lady, and I said to her yes dear the problem is they keep chatting back there, and they see me here, but none of the two want to come and and ring me out then the chubby white black headed lady came out and instead of apologizing to me to start saying no problem no problem no problem on and on and on with an attitude, no problem no problem no problem, As an owner of two business for over 10 years in Linden, I know the value of keep coming back to my store and I know how Customer like to be treated with respect, I’m almost 60 years old been company owner or self-employed for the most part of my adult life. I seen companies rise and fall due to their employees mistreating customers, to whom it may concern Harbor freight you are a great store with quality product. I know for a fact I buy from you guys on and off for well over 10 years One thing I love about Harbor freight, tools no one and I mean no one can be the Warranty when you pay for the warranty if anything happened to the equipment you bring it and you get a new one no questions ask better than the Home Depot Warranty. I know that for a fact I bought De walt grinder from Home Depot. I paid for the warranty and when the machine broke down on me didn’t want to replace it. I tried to deal with the wall directly. I’m still waiting to get the equipment fixed. No one can beat Harbor freight, Warranty
