Here is a little glimpse behind the scenes as we gather the orchard fruits that will be featured in this weekend’s Paired Accordingly: A Taste of the Orchard food & wine pairing experience.

We’ve been picking, planning and dreaming up pairings that celebrate the flavors of late summer.

We still have a few seats available on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6. Join us this weekend for food, wine and the delicious flavors from our farm and the orchard.

We’re here for all of your weekend plans! 🍷

Plan A: Our 2023 Ascend Sparkling Chardonnay, available by the bottle and ready for whatever you’re celebrating.

Plan B: Crisp whites for lingering on the deck and soaking up these last days of summer.

Plan C: Our 2025 Rosé, with lovely strawberry notes to carry summer fruit into the first hints of fall.

Plan D: We’re open late until 9 p.m. this Saturday, with our reds ready for those cooler summer evenings.

The 2026 harvest officially started today!

This morning, we picked the Chardonnay that will become our 2026 Ascend Sparkling Chardonnay. From vine to bottle, every great wine begins with a fulfilling day of work like this.

These beautiful grapes are now on their way to becoming something truly special.

A very special return to the tasting room. 🏆

Our 2025 Vidal Blanc has received a gold medal and also been named Best in Class at the Atlantic Seaboard Wine Competition!

Vidal Blanc is a varietal we know and love and is the only hybrid we harvest on Blue Mountain. The last time we bottled a single varietal was 2022. Bringing it back for 2025 was a decision we are very excited about and this recognition makes its return even better.

And there’s more to celebrate: every wine we submitted to the competition earned a medal. A wonderful reflection of the care and intention that goes into every bottle we make.

It was an evening in perfect Accord. We gathered with our Vintner’s Circle members last night for an unforgettable evening of live jazz, beautiful wines, and thoughtfully crafted summer bites. A lovely celebration of wine, food, music, and the people who make it all come together.

It’s bottling day! 🍷

After a long rest in barrel, our 2024 reds are officially making their way into bottle, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this vintage take its next step.

From vineyard to cellar to bottle, every vintage is a journey. There’s more aging in bottle before these wines are ready to share, but today is a milestone worth celebrating.
