Now for some honest truths:

I am not a fully operational bakery I am a private enterprise and current college student. My training is not official, (no professional schooling, this is not a requirement of most bakeries) however my grandmother catered to her nearby country club, creating beautiful and delicious wedding cakes along with other desserts. My mother and aunt often assisted with the pr

ocess and learned all my grandmother's trade secrets which have then been passed on to me. I guarantee you'll find Maggie's Cakes to be delicious and beautiful.
