Kevin and I departed Linton at 2:45 pm for Lutheran HS of Indianapolis. We pulled into the garage at 12:29 am.

We have much wrap up from tonight's game; however, this will be shared later tomorrow afternoon. We will be departing at 6:45 am for Bloomington North for HS Miner Volleyball.

Our hope is, you are safe at home, resting, and hoping many in thoughts and prayers. Until (later) this morning.

Not sure any more words could be spoken ... that what was already stated below.

As of 12:30 am -- from Tanner's Sister Bailey:
CT of head, chest and abdomen are good
CT scan of neck are pending results
MRI will happen of neck soon

We saw from the press box the lining of the stands. Those in the Press Box were lead in prayer by the school's pastor (PA Announcer).

Continue to lift Tanner, his family, his teammates and coaches, and the Linton-Stockton Community in many prayers and love

Tonight, one of our players left the field by ambulance, and in that moment, the game became so much bigger than football.
The entire Indianapolis Lutheran student body came together as one. They lined the visitors' bleachers, stood together, and prayed over our player, players, families, fans, and everyone who was affected by what had happened.
In a moment that was filled with fear and uncertainty, you chose compassion. You chose to stand with us.
You showed us what sportsmanship, community, and humanity truly look like.
Tonight, you reminded us that we may be opponents on the field, but we are all one community when it matters most.
Linton-Stockton will never forget the kindness and support you showed our Miner family tonight. 💙❤️

Attention Linton Youth Football Parents:
Had some inquires about ordering signs. These two arrived overnight. (Printer error on word football and they have reprinted (not only for me, but 92 additional orders across the US).

These templates are drag and drop (with parent supplied photos) - unlike those I hand design myself from photos I either capture OR those supplied to e by Katie Smith of Katie Marie Photography.

Please note :: HS Football, HS Golf, and HS Tennis images captured by Katie Smith (Katie Marie Photography) may NOT be used for yard signs -- due to her copyright guidelines.

My next order for signs will go to press on Monday, September 7 at 10 am. Quick reminder ::

- if ordering a HS sign, $3 from each yard sign purchase goes BACK to the sport that is ordered.

- If ordering a youth football sign, these signs are at my cost (as I do not have a projected guarantee of number of signs).

Signs are $20 each or 2/$38 (same exact sign).

Seems as though I ended up in contact with some poison ivy (of which is a major allergen). Two hours before departure to Lutheran, and saw Lisa Bredeweg to get me fixed up.

Hopefully this steroid shot and a couple of meds will kick in soon 🤞🏻
