Solar Conference in Orlando, FL. I remember seeing people with these lanyards with the ribbons and was like "I will get me one of those, with all the ribbons on it." Its important to always set goals, I never had the step by step guide to how I was going to do it. I only had the end result envisioned and I worked everyday to get closer and closer to the goal. Hope this helps; be better today then you were yesterday!!!
