"I want to give a heart felt thank you to Mario and Kris! My landlord refused to assist me in the removal of squirrels in my ceiling...as they started to drop down into the wall and become trapped I needed help - Kris came out on a Sunday and with the smallest cut to the wall removed the first one very gently and humanely.....he came back a week later to remove another one from the same opening....he came back the next day to remove two more in the same location....

"For several nights we kept hearing thumping above our bed that woke us up. Like clock work it was almost the same exact times so we knew we had to do something quick. "I woke up this morning to find a squirrel in my family room. Mario was at my house within half an hour of my husband calling him. He found the squirrel and placed 2 traps in the basement. Within 3 hours, the squirrel was in the trap. Mario came back tonight to pick up the squirrel. He wrapped the fan on the roof to see if that's how they were getting in. He'll be back to check it within a few days. Along the entire way, he let me know what he was doing and what to expect. He was pleasant, informative and courteous.
