Creating connections goes beyond the products we make. It’s also about showing up for the communities where we live and work. 🏠💙

This year, Molex employees in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland; Carlsbad, California; and Lisle, Illinois teamed up with Habitat for Humanity to help build affordable housing, furnish homes and create imaginative play spaces for children.

Each project brought employees together to put their time, skills and creativity toward a shared goal: helping families and strengthening communities.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped turn teamwork into meaningful community impact. 🤝

As our employees grow, so do the communities where we operate. 🌎

Today, we're spotlighting our Molex Poland sites, where employees are making Community Stewardship more than a program. It's become part of the culture.

Employees describe a workplace built on collaboration and a shared belief that everyone can make a difference. Through stewardship initiatives, colleagues across teams come together to support their local communities, build meaningful relationships and develop as leaders.

We're proud to see our employees helping create lasting impact, one act of stewardship at a time.

Ringing in the next generation of innovators! 🔔

Our very own Mike Deppe, VP of Global Product Development, and Matt Silva, Business Information Security Leader, had the opportunity to ring the Opening Bell at Cboe Global Markets

We believe every student deserves the opportunity to explore, create and imagine what’s possible. We’re proud to join fellow Chicagoland leaders in supporting experiences that connect students with real-world opportunities, mentorship and hands-on learning to help inspire future innovators, problem solvers and leaders.
