In the fall of 2018, Veritas Steel completed construction on the new Ledbetter Bridge of Paducah, Kentucky—an 1,800-ft parallel chord truss bridge spanning the Tennessee River. The Ledbetter Bridge replaced an old, structurally-deficient span of U.S. 60 to give drivers and pedestrians a safer, more environmentally-friendly passageway across the waterway. The Ledbetter Bridge was fabricated in our Eau Claire plant and consists of 7,500 tons of structural steel.
