Filro Caregivers is proud to be GUIDE-ready and able to support families who may qualify for dementia respite care.

Our role is to help families receive compassionate, non-medical in-home support when respite care is appropriate. That may include companionship, supervision, emotional support, meal assistance, routine support, and help keeping the person safe and comfortable at home.

We work with families who are trying to care for a loved one with dementia while also managing their own responsibilities, health, work, and family life.

Our message to families is simple: You do not have to do this alone.

Did you or your parents get a letter from Medicare recently about dementia care?

We’re starting to see more families in our community receive this letter about a new program called GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience).

If you got this in the mail, it’s actually really important—it means your loved one may qualify for additional support through Medicare.

This program is designed for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias and includes things like:
✔️ Care coordination
✔️ Support for family caregivers
✔️ Respite care (help so you can take a break)

We work alongside our Medicare-certified GUIDE partner, Harmonic Health (tag them here), to help families understand what this means and how to get started.
