With more than 35 years of engineering consulting experience, Jeff brings a wealth of technical expertise and leadership to our growing Environmental Service Line.

Throughout his career, Jeff has led multidisciplinary teams and complex environmental projects across the private, public, and federal sectors throughout the United States. In his new role, he’ll help lead and grow ARRO’s environmental capabilities, supporting our teams and clients with his technical expertise, strategic leadership, and extensive industry knowledge.

We’re excited to have Jeff on board and look forward to the perspective and leadership he’ll bring to ARRO and our environmental team.

Saturday was a beautiful day for members of the ARRO team to roll up their sleeves for a volunteer workday at Graham Nature Preserve in York, PA!

Our team joined other volunteers to help remove invasive plant species throughout the preserve and support the ongoing care of this local space..

Our first official in-person YP meetup!

Earlier this year, ARRO launched our Young Professionals group as a way for emerging professionals across the company to connect, learn, and grow together. Since then, the group has been meeting virtually each month for a mix of professional development, engaging topics, and a little fun along the way.

Last night, we took things offline for our first in-person meetup at Bistro on Bridge in Phoenixville, PA! It was a great evening of catching up, meeting new faces, and spending time together outside of the office.

We’re looking forward to many more opportunities to bring our YPs together!

Who knew water treatment could double as a team sport?

Staff from our Water/Wastewater Service Line recently got together at our Lititz headquarters for a day focused on one thing: connection.

Throughout the day, staff participated in presentations on building their professional brands, heard from members of our leadership team, and had plenty of opportunities to connect and share ideas with colleagues.

The highlight? A hands-on challenge where teams bid on materials to treat and filter “dirty” water, then competed to see who could produce the cleanest result. Nothing like a little friendly competition to bring the team together!

September is National Preparedness Month, making this week a fitting time for members of our team to attend the 2026 Blair County LEPC Emergency Preparedness Summit in Altoona, PA.

The event brought together professionals from across the region to discuss severe weather and natural disasters, partnerships with first responders, and ways to strengthen emergency preparedness and response.

Dylan McClellan and Amanda Michelone represented ARRO at the event, sharing how our team can support communities and organizations before and after unexpected events. ARRO’s disaster planning capabilities help clients prepare for emergencies, while our recently expanded environmental services provide additional support when incidents occur — including spill response and cleanup for releases involving fuels and other hazardous materials.

Preparedness is about more than having a plan in place. It’s also about having the right resources and partners ready when they’re needed.
