On a crisp autumn day, nothing beats a fresh apple treat. A big thank you to our WAY2OWNIT Employee Appreciation Committee for organizing this healthy and delicious fall celebration.

Employees enjoyed their choice of four favorite varieties: McIntosh, Cortland, Gala, and Jonathan apples, along with a variety of toppings and accompaniments to make the experience even sweeter.

Simple moments like these help create a positive workplace culture and remind us how fortunate we are to work alongside such a great team. What a wonderful way to celebrate the season.

What happens when you put a room full of printing industry leaders together for three days? A lot of learning. A lot of idea sharing. A lot of honest feedback. And a whole lot of camaraderie.

We were honored to host our PrintAmerica peer group at The Standard Group in Lititz, PA. We shared ideas, explored best practices, broke bread together, and strengthened relationships that make us all better.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared openly, and helped make it such a valuable experience. Looking forward to continuing the conversation and putting these ideas into action.

A big thank you to our Way2OwnIt Employee Action Committee for treating our team to a refreshing afternoon with Papa Sneaux LLC!

Employees enjoyed authentic New Orleans-style shaved ice (snoballs) from this local favorite, making for a fun way to celebrate August and show appreciation for our incredible team.

For 250 years, print has informed, inspired, educated, and united Americans.

From the Declaration of Independence to iconic posters that rallied generations, printed pieces have helped shape ideas, preserve history, and move people to action.

As we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, The Standard Group is proud to continue that tradition by helping our clients communicate with purpose and impact.

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, we will be closed on Friday, July 3.

One of my favorite things about an employee-owned company is seeing leaders step outside their day jobs to create memorable moments for their coworkers.

A big thank you to our WAY2OWNIT Employee Action Committee for organizing another great employee appreciation event. It was a simple gesture, but one that brought plenty of smiles and reminded us that culture is built through shared experiences.

Special thanks to Matt Light, our Purchasing Manager, for fully embracing the role of soda jerk, and to Keegan Worley, our CFO, for jumping in to help serve our employee-owners. Their willingness to have fun and make the day memorable says a lot about the culture we're building together.

It wasn't about the root beer floats. It was about creating laughter, building relationships, and reminding everyone that great workplaces are built by people who genuinely care about one another.

That's what employee ownership looks like.
