The GhostFiber Customer Service Team (CST) is responsible for providing an effective and efficient
Customer Contact experience, aiming to resolve customer’s enquiries at first point of contact.
Services provided by the team include but are not limited to: new customer registrations & sign-up for
GhostFiber portfolio offerings, customer billing enquiries, customer technical issues, sales of GhostFiber
portfolio offerings, scheduling and working closely with GhostFiber Technical Operations Group,
participation and integration with GhostFiber Marketing and Outreach Programs.
Employees/Contractors in this role are responsible for establishing and maintaining professional and
positive relationships with customers on behalf of GhostFiber and ensuring issues are addressed
consistently with company policies and practices. Our Customer Service Representatives are an integral
part of GhostFiber Services in being responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and other
enquiries from our customers and potential customers related to services and products.
