TURNING AN UNUSABLE LOT INTO A USABLE LOT

In just 3 days, our crew moved over 8,500 cubic yards of dirt to transform a steep, unusable lot into a functional parking area for our client.

By cutting, filling, balancing, and grading the site, we reshaped the property and utilized the existing material to create a level, usable lot instead of hauling the dirt away.

Once the site was prepared, we hauled in Class 5 to build a solid base for the finished parking area.

✈️ Little Falls T-Hangar Rehabilitation Project

We recently completed rehabilitation work at the Little Falls T-Hangar project, helping bring two aircraft hangars back into shape.

Our scope included:
• Removal of existing asphalt
• Excavation and grading inside both hangars
• Importing and placing structural fill
• Fine grading and preparing the hangar floors for the next phase of construction

It was a great project to be a part of, and we’re proud of the work our crew put in to get these hangars cleaned up, graded, and ready for their next chapter

From a vacant site to a 63,000-square-foot Government Center, it’s been incredible watching this project come to life. These photos showcase the transformation from the first day of earthwork through mass excavation, soil correction, underground utilities, foundations, and now a building that’s quickly taking shape.

One of the biggest challenges on this project was the soil correction, where our crew excavated, moved, and replaced over 21,000 cubic yards of material to create a stable foundation for the new Benton County Government Center. Projects of this size demand careful planning, precision, and a hardworking team to keep everything moving safely and efficiently.

We’re proud to have played a key role in preparing the site for a facility that will serve Benton County residents for decades to come. It’s rewarding to look back at where this project started and see how far it has come.

A huge thank you our dedicated crew for making this project possible. We look forward to seeing the finished building open its doors and serve the community.
