If you’re tired of waiting on the breakthrough….
Read this. 👇🏾

Nobody talks about the weight of the wait.
How long it stretches. How heavy it gets. How some days you grip when you said you’d surrender. How some days you complain when you said you’d trust.

But here is what I am learning. The middle is not the punishment. The middle is the assignment.

Even Joseph had to go through the pit and the prison before he ever saw a palace. And the breakthrough we keep crying for is rarely the platform we think it is. It is the version of us being formed in the meantime.

The same God who started it is orchestrating the messy part too. Even the part that doesn’t look like anything yet. Even the part where you feel forgotten. Even the part you cannot explain to people who only know how to celebrate the palace.
Stay in alignment. The middle belongs to Him. 🤎

Yesterday I attended a conference by ,Theo Talks X, , for ministry leaders and digital architects. I got a chance to hear from people I consider gurus and experts in their lanes; Rev. DK Hammonds , Tiffany Brown and Pastor . I went to learn. I left being recognized. 🫣

Somebody walked up to me and said “You’re Jae Nicole, right?” I’m like, “Yea” 👀. Their response….”I recognize you from social media.”and I genuinely had to sit with that for a second. 🤯 I haven’t been actively building anything. I closed my business. I’ve been quiet. And still, the presence I’ve been cultivating just found me in a room.

My badge said “Building What Eyes Can’t See.”
That’s a word. Because brand recognition doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the accumulation of every post, every room, every season of showing up even when it felt like nobody was watching. I ain’t new to this. Thee Dopest is still evolving, still becoming, still unfolding. But today confirmed that the work was never wasted. 🥹

God has a way of reminding you that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be, even in the preparation. Even in the transition. Even in the quiet. 🙏🏾

The building doesn’t stop just because you got still. Sometimes the stillness IS the building. 🙌🏾💃🏾

💯 Your authenticity. The way you keep it real without ever making people feel small for where they are. Your humility that disarms a room before you ever say a word. Your spirit that gives life instead of draining it. The grace you extend to people who honestly should have been called out but the God in you just would not do it.

🔥Your resilience. You have been burned by people who were close enough to know better and you took it to the chin, healed anyway, and kept going without bitterness. That is not weakness. That is the fruit of a woman who is genuinely submitted to God and not just performing it.

💛 Your humanity. You are not holier than thou. You are real, you are honest, and you make people feel safe enough to be the same.

🎁 Your gift of encouragement. You are a natural nurturer. We both know what it feels like to pour and pour and wonder who is watering us. The answer for me has often been you. We water each other and I do not take that for granted for a single day.

The GOAT at life coaching certification especially for Black women and you are making waves in the marketplace that matter because they are for the Kingdom. You are a dedicated mama bear who models every single day what it looks like to hold faith, family, and business without apologizing for any of it.
