Here's the actual job:

About 20 hours a week. Assisting me — Alex — with the admin work, coordination, and general office operations that keep a small Arkansas RIA running. Client scheduling, document organization, coordinating with Bob and Thomas, helping build better systems as we grow.

$15 to $20 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Flexible schedule within business hours. Weekdays only.

We're looking for someone with a good head for detail — a retired professional, a returning parent, an empty-nester, a career-changer, or a recent graduate whose healthcare is solved elsewhere and who wants meaningful, low-pressure work in a small firm.
