Caroline Harries has a heart for those who are waiting on a breakthrough from the Lord. Her unwavering faith is evident as she believes for her own miracle of children. Joy just radiates from her despite her ongoing journey, and it is so encouraging to see! She loves reminding women of how big our God is and that we CAN get through the hard stuff BECAUSE of that very reason. She is encouraging women internationally through her blog and book, In Due Time. She also founded, for those desiring to become mothers, 💗
Whatever your journey or struggle may be, if you need to find your joy or revive your faith, this will be a great episode to listen to!

In this episode, we’re discussing what womanhood looks like according to the bible. ✝️
Everyone wants to know their purpose and the first thing to understand about purpose is that we were all created. So purpose isn’t something we happen upon or dream up ourselves, it’s something we’re given. If you choose to believe that, you’ve already gotten more than halfway to discovering your purpose. ✅
Here’s a sneak peek of what we talk about....
🚺Genesis as a blueprint for women and men should relate to each other and how we should fulfill our purposes
🚺The term “Helper," which is used in the bible referring to women and how our grasp on what that means doesn't always do women justice
🚺Men and women making up equal halves of one whole
🚺Single womanhood

In this episode, our guest (and April's husband!) Derek Wingfield shares some ways to identify and combat the lies we hear from ourselves and from others. Whether they are lies about our self-worth or what we should expect out of life, they all are easy to believe and, yet, can keep you from God's best for you. We could have talked with him for hours about this topic. He had some wise and biblical words for us. Big thank you to for coming on the podcast! 💗

Whether the mistakes we make are big or small, all of us are vulnerable to holding on to them for too long. We might try to cover them up or maybe they paralyze us, keeping us from being the fullest version of ourselves. Whatever the consequences of our mistakes may be, sometimes we inflict the worst damage on ourselves.
In this episode our friend Courtney Beck shares her story of healing from an abortion. Something she thought would solve her problem ended up creating almost two decades of larger and more internalized problems than she ever dreamed of. Thankfully, God didn't leave her there! What a beautiful story of God’s forgiveness and redemption. We love you Courtney!! 💕💕

Have you ever thought, “If I can make my husband happy, he’ll love me”? We may not say it with our words as much as we do with our actions. Maybe you’ve thought, “If I don’t say yes to this or volunteer for that, these people won’t like me or want to be my friend”. Consequently you’re burnt out because you’ve been busy trying to please others. In one way or another we’ve all hidden our flaws, needs, or wants in order to seem perfect, desired, and/or lovable. With our actions we sometimes live a life from a desire to be filled by people or things rather than by the love of God. We hide our flaws so that we’re “easy to love” and drown our true identity until we’re not even sure who we are anymore. Maybe that’s happened in your marriage, friendships, motherhood, or career?
In this episode we talk to the about the journey that lead her to writing her new book, ‘Brave Love’. She talks about how she got to a place where her identity and her personal life were slowly disintegrating and how God met her in this place. How He restored her marriage and her identity. How he helped her make changes in her life and gave her the confidence to be herself. How she learned that she could be brave and mess up, but God was still going to meet her wherever she was. I think so many of us will be able to see ourselves in her story. Her story is encouraging, inspiring and reminded us of the GOOD GOD that we serve! 💛
Huge thank you Lisa for sharing your heart with us!! 💕💕💕
