We’re proud to celebrate our own, Tyler Pinney!
Tyler was nominated for and received a Blue Ribbon Workforce Award, presented by American Safeguard Insurance and FAB&T. It was an unexpected and incredibly meaningful honor!
To be recognized in the community we call home, especially during our 100th year anniversary at Curry's Termite, Pest & Animal Control, feels like more than a coincidence. We believe there’s something special about God’s timing, and this recognition feels like a beautiful reminder that the best chapters are still to come.
One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was getting to meet the people behind these awards. So many hardworking individuals and businesses quietly do the work that keeps our community moving forward. They show up, take pride in what they do, lead with integrity and hold themselves to a standard that deserves to be recognized.
What a blessing it was to hear their stories, learn more about them/their businesses, and hear their hopes & goals for Conway. It’s a privilege to support one another and get a glimpse into the work, dedication and heart behind the families that make our community what it is. We left feeling incredibly grateful to live & work alongside so many hardworking people who take pride in what they do and share a common goal of seeing Conway thrive.

And Tyler… we couldn’t be prouder of you. I get to see firsthand the joy you bring to your work, the care you take in doing things right and the kindness you show others. You’re always learning and striving to be better. It’s so fun to see others recognize the things I’ve always admired about you. And you looked so handsome (I can say that because I’m his wife).
A heartfelt thank you to the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce for bringing these incredible people together. It’s their dedication that makes our community strong. We’re grateful to call Conway home and look forward to continuing to serve it for generations. ||
