Last week, I participated in the Arkansas Christian Chamber of Commerce Launch Luncheon. Thank you, David Moody, for putting all of this together and inviting us into this community!

I'm excited about how this community will collaborate and build together in our state.

Our keynote speaker, JC Hite, delivered a powerful message about collaboration.

He shared the formula for business success and forward movement - including vivid stories.

The Strategies to Thrive Life Skills System Instructor Certification may be for you, if...

-You work within a Nonprofit Organization supporting individuals/families.
-You work within a Middle/High School as a teacher or staff member who has a heart to see young people succeed in life.
-You provide direct service to those you serve.
-You desire to EMPOWER the people you serve with practical, hands-on life skills through coaching, small group, and large group instruction.
-You desire to see people go from crisis to career and move forward in their personal and professional goals.

Through this STT Instructor Certification, you will see all ten of the Life Skills workshops, have access to the lesson plans, slide decks, and participant workbook as well as practice teaching the lesson within this training. We also provide tools to discuss your implementation plan once you return to your organization!
These workshops can be integrated into your current services provided for your clients/guests.

There is a faith-based appendix available for organizations who wish to include this aspect in their Life Skills Workshops.

A few spaces remain for our upcoming Strategies to Thrive Instructor Certification on November 3-4, 2026 in Little Rock! We also offer an optional Day 3 (November 5th) "add-on" for those serving youth and/or adults with developmental disabilities. This includes an additional ten workshops that are tailored to serve this population!

We are now credentialed through the University of New Mexico for Professionals needing Continuing Education Credits.

Mentorship

A mentor is someone who walks alongside you, sharing wisdom, life experiences, encouragement, and perspective as you navigate your journey. A mentor creates a relationship built on trust, connection, and a genuine desire to see you grow. They listen, ask thoughtful questions, celebrate your progress, and help you recognize possibilities you may not see in yourself. Rather than making decisions for you, a mentor helps you discover your strengths, learn from challenges, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Do you have a mentor?

Have you thought about what you may want in a mentoring relationship? Create a list of the areas you would like to grow and consider who you would like to invite into this process.

Are you a mentor?

Do you take the time and energy to pour into another person - walking with them as they journey into new territory? Supporting them, encouraging them, and asking them questions along the way that will empower them in greater ways?

A Learning Experience That Feels Different

Karisma Consulting creates learning environments that are warm, engaging, and grounded in psychological safety. We call this our Living Room Experience—a workshop approach that intentionally creates space for connection, authentic conversation, shared experiences, practical learning, and meaningful application.

Participants aren't simply sitting and receiving information. They are engaging, reflecting, contributing, practicing, and connecting in a space designed to honor both the individual and the collective experience.

The result is learning that feels personal, practical, and relevant—and tools that participants can take with them long after the workshop ends.

The Servant Leader Luncheon today was a sweet time exploring our Healthy Boundaries with Work-Life Balance!

We made new connections, learned from each other, and assessed our current boundaries and what needs to change in order to bring greater alignment with our VALUES!

This time together felt special!

Time flew by and no pictures were taken.

Excited for the upcoming Servant Leader Luncheon on November 6th. More information to come!
