Experienced Political Consultant, Darbie Kuykendall Harris, Joins Gilmore | Davis Strategy Group
Gilmore | Davis Strategy Group (GDSG), a full-service lobbying and consulting firm in Arkansas, has announced the hiring of Darbie Kuykendall Harris as the firm’s Senior Strategist.
Darbie is an experienced political consultant operating on both the state and federal level. She has advised candidates for congressional, legislative, and judicial races in Arkansas on media relations, digital strategy, and general political communications.
A former Hill staffer, Darbie has served as Director of Scheduling for Congressman Bruce Westerman (AR-4), Chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee, and currently serves as the Congressman’s Chief Political Strategist.

Darbie has served as Campaign Manager for Congressman Westerman’s successful re-election bids in 2018, 2020 and 2022 and most recently worked on the 2022 Boozman for Senate Campaign, helping to re-elect Senator John Boozman to a third term in the United States Senate.

Darbie is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Political Science and minor in Legal Studies. She also studied abroad at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England, where she studied international relations and political economies.
