Looking for an in-home specialized nanny for a family with three children (7, 5, 3) with a primary focus on the 3-year-old. The three-year-old boy is diagnosed with High Functioning Autism and has some sensory challenges. He is adorable, very sweet, happy, verbal, active, and is thriving in his part-time integrated preschool! Experience with and understanding children on the Autism Spectrum is required. Must be fun, energetic, patient, and be comfortable taking the initiative to engage this little guy.

No childcare or household management is needed. Responsibilities include helping to increase independent living skills, play skills, and helping him learn to regulate his body. Must be reliable.

$30-50/hour

Hours:
Mondays and Fridays from 2:00-7:00 pm, with flexibility for “as needed” babysitting for all 3 children

Looking for someone who really understands trauma, can manage intensive verbal and physical behavior, and truly step in to help the family function more efficiently.

No household management is needed. Responsibilities include helping to decrease sibling conflict, increase independent coping skills, and helping boys learn how to regulate their bodies. Must be reliable as both parents work full time.

Ideal Hours are Monday-Friday 1-6 pm but can be flexible with the days for the right person.

He is very sweet, verbal, creative, active, and adorable! Experience and understanding with children who struggle with social-emotional challenges are preferred; someone experienced with children who can be oppositional and aggressive. Must be fun, patient, and willing to be able to balance play with setting limits and follow through.

Minor household tasks include cleaning up the kitchen after breakfast, getting ready for school, and some meal prep. Main responsibilities include working with support systems in place and helping to increase the social-emotional functioning of this young boy through a positive relationship, behavior management, and trust. Must be reliable.

Awesome Brookline family with 3 children (ages 11, 9, and 5) is looking for a therapeutic nanny to join their family. They are seeking a fun, active, and organized person primarily for their 9-year-old son with ADHD and Anxiety. This role is a mix of both nanny and household management duties. It is possible for this role to be live-in if desired, but it is not required.

The schedule for this position is Monday 11 am-8 pm, Tuesday-Thursday 1 pm-8 pm, and Friday 11 am-6 pm for a guarantee of 37 hours per week. There is the possibility of going up to a guarantee of 40 hours/week if desired.

Experience working with children with social-emotional challenges is required.

$30/hourly rate, two weeks paid vacation, sick time, gas money, a car to use during work shifts, and health insurance are all offered.

Awesome family looking for an in-home therapeutic nanny to help with household management tasks and overall keeping the family de-stressed. The 13 year old boy is diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia and struggles with emotional regulation; he attends a private specialized school where he does excellent. He is very sweet, active and athletic, however he can become negative and verbally aggressive at home. The 10 year-old girl is neuro-typical, very sweet, loves to dance, play outside, and do arts and crafts! She is struggling with low self esteem currently and needs a nanny who can give her authentic attention to help with her mindset.

Experience and understanding with pre-teens who struggle with emotional challenges is vital. Must be a self-starter, energetic, fun, patient, and willing to be able to balance fun with setting limits and follow through.

Household management needed including meal prep and laundry. Must be reliable.

$30/hour

Wednesdays 430-630, Thursdays 330-530pm & Saturdays 9-11am
There is some flexibility for extra hours over the summer including 2 weeks 9-3pm as 1:1 aide at his summer camp
