In Leadership is an Art, Max Dupree shares ideas about leadership that have stood the test of time over the last 30 years. He writes that servant leadership is a posture of understanding that you are not above any of the tasks or responsibilities that your organization is faced with. May we each learn the way of leadership: defining reality and supporting the success of others. We know that "Art" is often messy, mistakes are made, and we have to return back to the canvas. The same is true of leadership. May we continue to seek out wisdom to help us do this well.
