Meet Carson and Kyle. 🎯

Two people with different backgrounds. Two people who took a chance on themselves. And two stories that show just how much can change when you’re willing to bet on your own potential.

Carson Riddle, owner of BOR Indianapolis, came with a background in business and insurance. Today, he’s building a thriving restoration franchise, growing his team and making an impact in his community.

Kyle came from marketing and finance before becoming a BOR franchise owner himself. Years later, he now serves as President of BOR, helping lead the brand and support the franchise owners building their own businesses.

This experience changes you. You learn how to lead. You become more confident in your decisions. You learn from the challenges, celebrate the wins and discover what you’re capable of along the way.

That’s one of the things we love about franchising. You don’t have to know exactly where the road will take you when you start.
