We are looking for a Part-Time HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources policies and processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to create a comprehensive HR structure, ensuring smooth management of HR activities, compliance with legal requirements, and the promotion of a positive work environment.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Create and develop an employee handbook that outlines company culture, policies, and expectations.
- Establish and manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Set up a performance management system, including regular performance reviews and goal-setting.
- Implement a payroll system, time-off tracking, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Create systems for employee engagement, feedback, and development, including training programs.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and other strategic HR needs.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Consultant, ideally in a small or growing company.
- Strong understanding of HR functions (e.g., recruitment, performance management, employee relations).
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage HR projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
