**RETREAT UPDATE**

Hello my dears! We sold out the house and cabin for the first Vinyasa and Vineyards I AM Balanced yoga & w**e retreat in November!

We have a few spots left in our fully furnished glamping yurts, as well as the shared dorm space -- or for all the camping fans, you may bring your own tent! ⛺

This weekend together focusing on Balance through movement, breath, nature, food, and w**e will be unforgettable. It’s a great opportunity to find a Balance practice *before* the holidays begin, ensuring a more grounding and fulfilling season.

Our weekend on a historic farm in nearby Livermore is perfect for all levels of yogis, from beginner to advanced, and a beautiful space to explore solo, with a friend and/or partner. Click on the link on the link to learn more or feel free to message me with any questions.

Would love to have you there in Balance!
