In 2016, Anne started this agency with a 2G WiFi stick and a $500 tablet computer. 10 years later, here's the piece of advice that's carried us through every growth spurt:
"Build the system for where you want to be"
When something goes sideways on the team, we always go back and ask ourselves, "Did I give them what they need to be successful?" More often than not, it was a system that needed fixing. Then we implement that change to prevent the same mistake from being made again in the future.
