Acro is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing AcroBlue team in Lynn Haven, FL. Candidates with prior light industrial/commercial staffing experience are strongly preferred. While you will be working on-site at our client's location this is a direct-hire, full-time position as a member of Acro's corporate team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting applicants and administering all appropriate pre-employment documents.
Maintain and nurture relationships with temporary associates and work with client to assess and address staffing needs.
Ensuring all customer job requirements are filled and all customer service level expectations are met or exceeded.
Recruiting and onboarding process in support of staffing operations. The expectation is that adequate time will be invested in recruiting in order to maintain a constant flow of qualified applicants.
Assume responsibility for client staffing/headcount needs, including candidate screening, evaluation, testing, orientation, front-office system data input, file utilization, and placement.
Become cross-trained in all functions of site operations.
Work on special projects (such as: conventions, job fairs, client events, internal teams, etc.)
Expected to work collaboratively with other offices and teams at all times.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
· High school diploma required.
Experience
· 1 year of general administrative, human resources and/or customer support experience.
Skills
Ability to effectively develop good relationships with temporary associates and client staff and managers.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of management, temporary associates and client staff.
Professional demeanor and deportment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
Ability to work with all types of people, including listening and understanding, conveying ideas, and opinions.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Performance management & conflict resolution skills.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Possess proficient computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel).
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Manufacturing/Light Industrial experience or understanding
Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Microsoft Excel
Technology savvy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
· Bachelor’s degree not required, but preferred. Qualifiable staffing industry experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
Experience
· 2 or more years of RECRUITING AND/OR STAFFING experience (particularly recruiting and onboarding) is desirable but not required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequently sits, walks, and stands.
May be required to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this position, the HR Coordinator will work in an office within a manufacturing facility.
The noise level in the work area is moderate.
