Millis & Associates Millis & Associates is a Foodservice Consulting Company with over 35 years of experience. Millis and Associates Inc. was founded in 1968.

The current owner Dan Millis took over the company in 2001, since then we have finished over 900 projects locally and across the country. Our main goal is to provide exceptional and professional design services along with great customer service to our clients in the food service industry. With over 80 years of combined experience we strive to help our clients complete their commercial kitchen design in the most cost effective, functional and innovated way.

FAYGO ICE CREAM! How incredible does this sound?! We can’t wait to try!

Our special release of Faygo ice creams drops on Friday!

Over the winter we approached Faygo with the idea to do a “six pack” of ice cream and they literally and figuratively “ate up” the idea! Faygo’s flavorologist has even been out at our production facility helping us dial in the Faygo flavors using their ACTUAL flavorings. So when you try the Choc & Rye ice cream, you really taste Rock & Rye because IT IS!

We started by making sure the ice creams were the exact flavor of the pop, then we added our spin on them with the unique flavor combinations and creative mix-ins. We used eight flavors of Faygo to create six flavors of ice cream and are very proud that we were able to create something for everyone.
As with all our ice creams, 10 cents from every pint sold will go toward our current animal rescue from our initiative where we give back to local animal rescues.
