With the reopening of the books for new customers also comes a reworking of the laundry tiers.

All wash service tiers now come with additional laundry product options and basic stain treatment (if I see a stain during sorting, I’ll treat it).

A note to established customers: your previous pricing structure will remain in effect through the end of the year, this new pricing will take effect on January 1st for any existing customers.

Exciting news from the Livonia Laundry Lady, I am reopening to new customers! The booking form is live again on the website and ready for your referrals.

Spots are limited and this may be a temporary reopening of the books. For those who don’t know, I am a one woman laundry show, so once I hit capacity for any week that’s it until things slow down.

Preferential scheduling is given to those with a recurring pickup followed by existing ‘as needed’ customers. To be guaranteed a consistent spot consider going with a set schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

*Update from the Livonia Laundry Lady*

Effective May 27th I am no longer accepting new laundry customers. This community has kept me very busy with laundry and I’ve reached the capacity at which I can continue to provide my service at the high level you’ve all come to expect.

I will continue to do laundry for returning customers, so fear not. The form on my website has been taken down until I’m able to add new customers again, returning customers should reach out directly by text.
