Our first Restaurant with our Goat Meat!!!

Customers are already enjoying the meat.

Saturday we heard from customers how delicious the meat was. They said it was
1. Tender
2. Did not know it was not beef.
3. Had great flavor.
4. Went well with the Mediterranean style dish it came with.

What are these? Capacitors.
What do they do? Help your AC unit start.

For all my horse and livestock friends who travel and use their AC units on their trailers, this ones for you. 🤙🙂

Your check list 2-3 times a year:

1. Have you cleaned the coils on your AC unit?
-why do this? No ac, no cooling air inside the trailer? Then your coils may be clogged with dust, dirt, hair, leaves, dead bugs, etc or mud dauber nests are in your unit.

2. Have you checked how old the capacitors are?
- these start your fan motor and AC compressor. If when you turn your unit on and it does not start blowing right away, but sounds like it wants to start, it may be a capacitor is week.

If you do not want to blow a motor or be left stranded with no AC this summer, do a 2-3 times a year maintenance on your AC unit. It will pay off in the end I promise.

🌟🌟I was lucky to have my capacitors last since the trailer I have was made. I feel this is a true testament that some things do last!!

Was doing a maintenance check on my unit and it would not start right away when I switched the unit on. You could hear the fan wanting to start turning but would not. I went up and helped the fan spin, thus the AC unit was working but the capacitor(s) were going bad.

I replaced all 3 capacitors and now the Unit fires right up!

⚠️Reminder.... go check your trailer AC unit!
