Shower Remodel with Safety Features

A shower should be easy to step into and safe to use every day, not just nice to look at.

A few practical changes make the biggest difference. A low-threshold shower base cuts down on high steps, a grab bar gives you something solid to hold, and a handheld showerhead on a slide bar lets everyone adjust the height and spray. Smooth wall panels with fewer grout lines are quicker to clean and less likely to collect mildew.

We also replaced the bathroom exhaust fan. Good ventilation pulls moisture out after every shower, which helps protect paint, drywall, and ceilings from damage over time.

The result is a bathroom that's comfortable now and works just as well in the years ahead.

Call us to talk about updating your shower or bathroom.

Sometimes it's the details that make all the difference.

For this project, our client had always dreamed of installing 6-inch solid oak baseboards throughout their home. We sourced the last 700 linear feet available in the entire state of California, bringing material in from four different lumber yards to make their vision a reality.

After installing beautiful new flooring throughout the home, we custom stained and clear-coated each piece before installation, creating a timeless finish that perfectly complements the new floors.

It's projects like these that remind us there truly is a difference between standard trim and custom craftsmanship.

Crafted for Living.
