I thought it might be time to introduce myself.
My name is Courtney, and I'm proud to be the third generation of A-1 Exterminators.
Growing up around this business, I learned that pest control is about more than treating pests—it's about taking care of people, building relationships, and standing behind your work. Those values are still at the heart of everything we do today.
Many of you know me as the voice on the phone, the person answering emails, scheduling appointments, handling termite reports, or managing our social media. What I love most, though, is helping our customers and being part of a business that serves the community I call home.
Over the past year, I've also made it a goal to become more involved in our community and support local organizations, youth programs, and events whenever we can. One of the best parts of being a local family business is having the opportunity to give back to the people and community that have supported us for so many years.
I truly care about the experience our customers have with us. I want our service to be genuine, honest, and the best it can be—from the first phone call to the last service visit. We may not be the biggest company around, but we work hard every day to make sure our customers know they're valued.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to make sure every customer feels valued and receives the kind of service I'd want for my own family.
