Meet Theresa! ⭐️

Theresa is a Licensed Associate Counselor who supports college students and adults and is open to clients of all ages. She also loves working with moms as she understands the challenges of motherhood firsthand. Theresa provides support to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and postpartum depression. Her approach is flexible and tailored to each client, pulling from different techniques such as Person-Centered, CBT, and Solution-Focused approaches. She also offers sessions in Tagalog and Kapampangan.

Leila is a Licensed Associate Counselor who supports teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and emotional challenges. She is passionate about helping clients build confidence and regain independence.

Leila utilizes a motivational and client-centered approach focused on building authentic connections and creating a safe, supportive space for her clients to feel comfortable, empowered, and understood. 🌱

Outside of sessions, Leila enjoys exploring new restaurants, dressing up, and experimenting with fun hairstyles! She also enjoys embracing technology and playing games like The Sims! 🎮🍽️

Looking for a safe space for your teen to express her emotions? 💬

Starting May 18th, we will be offering a 6 week group for teen girls focused on creating a safe space to talk about real-life topics from family and relationships to social media, self-esteem, coping with stress and more.

Led by our executive director, Tamir Reyes, LCSW, this group will create a safe space, free of judgment, to connect, share, and feel understood.

This group will be offered in-person on Mondays from 5:30-6:30pm or virtually on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm.
