Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from everyone here at S&L Underground, Larrabee Trucking, and Meade Concrete.

Every year we acknowledge the hard working people of our companies who have been with us for many years.

Erika Skarda has been with us for 10 years. Thank goodness we had an open position we were looking to fill and thank goodness she was looking for a change. Let's be real, she runs the place! She truly works so hard for us and somehow has the answers to every question you may have, our real life Siri. Thank you, Erika, for your hard work and dedication to all the companies!

Jamie Carlin has been with us for 10 years. He was first hired by Ben to be his pipe layer and quickly got promoted. Through many changes through the years, he's always been a hard, solid worker. Thank you, Jamie, for your hard work and dedication to S&L Underground!

Unfortunately for us but great for him, Charlie Meade has decided to retire at the end of the year after 9 years of employment. However; that’s only the time he spent under us. Charlie has worked for Meade Concrete since he was a teenager. He’s gone through every curve and bump in the road with us the last 9 years and we truly couldn’t be more grateful. Charlie has driven the same truck for many, many years and we are sad, and proud, to see him get in and out of his truck one last time. Thank you, Charlie, for your hard work and dedication to Meade Concrete! Congratulations!!

Brent Fitzgerald or as everyone knows him, Fitzy. What do you even say about Fitzy that hasn't been said? Fitzy is a truck driver for Larrabee Trucking. He's (officially) been with us for several years and unfortunately for us but great for him, he's decided to retire at the end of the year. In reality, he's been here with Ben from the very start, working through weekends and holidays helping Ben get started because that's just the kind of person he is. Although he's leaving us, his mark will always be here. Everyone will always hear and know the stories of Fitzy because not only is he a loyal and dedicated employee, he is truly one of our best and closest friends. Have amazing new adventures. Thank you, Fitzy, for your hard work and dedication to Larrabee Trucking! Congratulations to you!!
