⚠️🚨Rental Scams are Real 🚨⚠️

1⃣Monthly Rent too good to be true? It's a SCAM.
2⃣High Application Fee? It's a SCAM.
3⃣"Landlord" won't actually show you the property? It's a SCAM.

Do your due diligence please.
🤔Hmmm... see that property on Zillow also for sale?
🤔Hmmm... does it happen to have the exact same photo that the listing agent used?
🤔Hmmm... at least drive by the property you intend to rent first.

STOP GIVING SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY. Instead, call us FIRST! We are happy to look into any rental for you and help you out.

We put this flyer on all listings we have. ⬇
