Most leaders won’t like this… but they need to hear it.

If people feel small around you, it’s not their insecurity.
It’s your leadership.

Not all leadership damage is loud.

Sometimes it looks like:
• People second-guessing themselves
• Silence in rooms that need ideas
• Talent slowly disconnecting

That’s not a team problem.
That’s a leadership signal.

Real leadership doesn’t dominate a room.
It develops the people in it.

So be honest:
Are people speaking up… or staying quiet?
Are they growing… or shrinking?

Audit your leadership. Do you regularly reflect on how people experience your leadership?

Selective respect is not a personality trait.
It’s a leadership flaw.

Greeting some and ignoring others may seem small…
but it reveals everything about your standards.

Leaders who operate this way:
– Create division
– Damage trust
– And quietly weaken their own influence

You might still get results.
But you will never get real respect.

This can’t be normalized.

Respect is not selective.
It’s consistent.

And the way you acknowledge people—especially the ones you don’t “need”— will always reveal who you are as a leader and as an individual.

That little 5 year old girl did not know her test one day will turn into her testimony. That survival would shape her leadership. And that faith would become her foundation. Years later she stands not to impress but to impact.

On this International Women’s Day I just want to take a moment to recognize the strength of women everywhere. 🌷

Being a woman often means carrying many roles at once — leading, building, nurturing, supporting, and sometimes doing it all while navigating our own fears and doubts. And yet, every day I see women rise with courage, resilience, and determination.

To every woman who is working hard, rebuilding, dreaming bigger, or simply trying again today — I see you. Your journey matters.

And one thing I deeply believe is this: when a woman finds her voice and steps into her purpose, she doesn’t just change her own life… she opens doors for others.

Today we celebrate the women who came before us, the women walking beside us, and the women who will come after us.

Yesterday was extra meaningful as we celebrated and my friend and mentor John C. Maxwell’s 79th birthday. 🎉

One lesson that has deeply shaped my leadership journey is this:
Leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about service.

That truth has challenged me, stretched me, and refined me over the years. Real leadership is measured by the lives we impact, the value we add, and the people we lift — especially when no one is watching.

Yesterday I spent my day doing one of the things I love most, pouring value into an incredible group of people about “Impactful leadership”. Shout out to Todd Adrian Barker (Last pic) for adding so much value yesterday at his L2L event. Thank you, Todd for your selfless leadership, having me at your event and leading the way!

Today, I encourage you to pause and honor the leaders who have shaped you. Send them a text. Make the call. Say thank you. This post shows some of my mentors and leaders, I wish I could add more pics of people, but this is my way to tell them thank you for shapping my life!❤️
