👋 Meet the Owner of Crom Dental Solutions

I’m Arreanna Cromartie, MBA, Owner & Operator of Crom Dental Solutions. With over 16 years of experience in dental operations and billing leadership, I’ve had the privilege of supporting more than 75 dental offices across the country.

My journey started with a passion for helping practices thrive and not just survive. I know firsthand how overwhelming insurance claims, billing errors, and revenue cycle management can be for offices. That’s why I built Crom Dental Solutions: to give dentists and their teams corporate-level systems and billing support without the strings of a DSO takeover.

🎓 I hold a Master of Business Administration and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Business with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.

🦷 I’ve spent my career in both private practices and large dental groups, building systems that streamline operations, maximize production, and improve collections.
