Sometimes we have to trick our selves, and throw our systems into shock so that we can grow again.
We get so caught up in doing the routine and going through the motions.
You can get so twisted in complacency that doing the routine differently once will make you "believe" that you're making progress.
Wear something else.
Go a different route this time to work.
Sit in silence.
Make that investment that's been scaring you.
Go try that new restaurant that you've been dying to visit.
This is shock.
Once you're in shock, things will change, because you have just changed.
