If you are still working your 9-5 wanting to leave to follow your passion and finally have the freedom of being your own CEO...then you need an exit plan.

1. Nail down your profitable offer. What are you really good at? What are you passionate about? Is this something people want? Who EXACTLY are the people that want your offer?

2. Get visible and grow your audience. Now that you have done the research and nailed down an offer, you need to grow your audience. There are many ways to do this including organic and paid advertising (the latter if you want to do this faster).

3. Test your offer with your warm audience (these are people who follow you, engage with your posts, watch your videos etc.) If your offer converts well you can start thinking about turning in that resignation letter :) If it doesn't it may need a few tweaks, keep testing until you get it right.

4. Use Facebook ads to scale the heck out of your proven offer (this is how you can replace your salary and make WAY more than ever before) there is no salary cap when you are an an online entrepreneur.

I am looking to hire a tech-savvy virtual assistant who is also good at creating graphics in Canva for social media, workbooks, etc (I will provide templates).

You will be responsible for Pinterest management, managing our social media (we will provide the posts) Kajabi design and updates, emailing prospects, etc.

I own three online businesses so this would be a support role for all of them.
