K***z Stadium reopened as a historic Indianapolis venue with a unique challenge: launching an entirely new food and beverage program after years of inactivity. Everything from menus to staffing plans had to be developed from scratch.

Quest was brought in to build the operation from the ground up, ensuring it could adjust to crowd volume and facility limitations.

What started with a core menu and foundational service plan quickly grew into a modern, guest-focused dining program that adapts to the needs of each event. The result supports both the fan experience and the stadium’s long-term growth as a community landmark.

Quest partnered with Glenbrook District 225 with the goal of elevating student dining and rethinking how school food service operates.

Working closely with the district team, we focused on improving menu variety, strengthening service flow, and creating an experience that is aligned with student schedules and how they move throughout their day.

The result is a more modern, responsive program that has become a model for how school dining can support both student experience and district goals.
