°º©º° After you check out, e-mail your photos, design choices (colors, borders, fonts, etc.) and any text (names, dates, initials or special sayings).

°º©º° As soon as we have all your information, we will send you a proof for your review and approval. Before any final approvals are made by you, any minor adjustments or changes should be made at this time. We are happy to work with you until you are fully satisfied with your silhouette. However, after the second set of proofs, a small fee of $5.00 will be added due to the time involved in making changes.
°º©º° Once the proofs are finalized by you, we will complete your silhouette and it will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail.
°º©º° If you have any special requests, such as different sizing or special priority, please e-mail us.
¨¨¨°º©©©º°¨¨¨¨ How Long Before I Receive My Silhouette ¨¨¨°º©©©º°¨¨¨¨
°º©º° When ordering a PRINT or a FRAMED PRINT, it will take 3 to 5 days from your final approval of the proof for us to ship the finished print silhouette to you.
°º©º° When ordering a silhouette printed on CANVAS, it will take10 to 14 days from your final approval of the proof for us to ship the finished canvas silhouette to you.
°º©º° When ordering a silhouette on CERAMIC, it will take about 7 days from your final approval of the proof for us to ship the finished ceramic silhouette to you.

°º©º° If the quantity of silhouettes is less than what you would like to order, simply add the item to your cart and select the Keep Shopping button which will direct you back to the homepage.
°º©º° Select the Silhouette Art Print button on the left side of the homepage and add as many portraits as you would like to purchase.
°º©º° Do not be concerned if the silhouette does not match your preferences since this step is used only for purchasing additional portraits in the print size you have selected.

°º©º° We offer lovely, high-quality, black oval or rectangular frames in both 5x7 and 8X10.

°º©º° Our website is a gallery of silhouette art with a variety of options for displaying your prints. These frames and other display materials are not included unless the descpription specifies that the frame is included.

°º©º° All silhouettes are printed by a professional art printing company on 100 lb beautiful archival art paper which is both acid and lignin free.
°º©º° Cut silhouettes are mounted on 100 lb beautiful archival art paper which is both acid and lignin free art paper. When ordering cut silhouettes, you will have final approval before the cutting and mounting is performed.
¨¨¨°º©©©º°¨¨¨¨ Digital Images (YOU PRINT) ¨¨¨°º©©©º°¨¨¨¨
°º©º° Digital images include the same design and creation for your silhouette art as printed silhouettes.
°º©º° Your silhouette will be created and designed by using all your preferences but instead of having them printed and shipped to you, wevwill e-mail you a high resolution digital file (.jpg, .png, or .pdf). You can either print the silhouette at home, at a photo processing store or at a printing company.

°º©º° We are able to transform your silhouette art in a variety of fun ideas. We are not just limited to art prints. Your silhouettes can be displayed on: pillows, t-shirts, ceramic plates, invitations, note cards, canvas art, mouse pads, ornaments, keepsake boxes, seasonal cards and all that is weddings.
°º©º° Gift Certificates are available in any amount and can be used towards all purchases (including shipping). The gift certificates can be mailed or e-mailed directly to you or the recipient.

°º©º° All we need to make Custom Silhouette Art is a profile picture. Minor changes and adjustments can be made to silhouettes.

°º©º° All your silhouettes are kept on file so they can be used in the future by you.
°º©º° All colors can be custom made to any specifications you request (including changing black and/or white to any color combination).
