I've had the privilege of providing service for this client for two years, cultivating a strong partnership that shines through in the exceptional design of this four-floor home.

As the final weeks of summer unfold and camp comes to a close, it's a joy to have my daughter join me at work.
Today, we visited an elderly couple in Lombard, Gerry and Denny, both in their late 80s, who were scheduled for service.
With their grandchildren grown and living elsewhere, their days can be long and lonely, filled with longing for connection.
However, the moment we stepped in, their faces lit up with warmth! Both Gerry and Denny beamed with delight at the sight of Anna and me. As I finished cleaning the basement and came upstairs, I captured a heartwarming scene:
Gerry had set up Anna at the kitchen table with snacks, a refreshing drink, and a Disney movie, and they were thoroughly enjoying each other's company. It absolutely warmed my heart to see how much love and kindness my clients, Gerry and Denny, showed to my daughter, filling my heart with joy and gratitude that I have such wonderful clients.

A client's journey...

I have had the privilege of serving a single mother of two beautiful girls since the inception of my business 3 1/3 years ago.
Throughout this time, I have been honored to support her through her darkest days, months of struggle, and feelings of defeat, helplessness, and sadness.
Every month, I provided my services, offering a solid foundation for her to stand on and continue moving forward.
Three and a half years later, I have witnessed her remarkable transformation into one of the strongest women I have ever known, rising from the depths of hardship to building a thriving empire for herself and her girls.
Our professional relationship has blossomed into a lasting friendship, with our girls becoming inseparable friends.
Recently, I had the privilege of cleaning and staging her home, preparing it for sale.
I am now honored to be part of her next chapter, as she embarks on a new journey of happiness, love, and a new home.

Find the penguin!

While cleaning a bi-weekly client's half bath months ago, I stumbled upon a small toy penguin and chose to hide it for amusement.
I advised my client to have her boys “find the penguin.” This has evolved into an ongoing mission with the boys and myself. I hide the penguin, they find it and conceal it for me to discover, every cleaning.

Maintain eye level at all times regardless of how high or low! Find the dirt and clean it!
