3 Ways to Overcome Your Fears

I used to be scared to have this fear all the time. Fear is what type of fear? Could be any fear. Could be walking, you know, going down to the basement by myself when it's dark. It could be jogging at five thirty in the morning when it was dark. It could be following up with a prospect. It could be like, hey, going out to someone who's successful, Going out to talk to them and just take a try to take a selfie. All of these are fears, And I am going to share three tips to help you out if you can relate to what I am talking about. Or the fear of rejection, my social media post is going to bomb. So, the first tip is that fear stands for false expectations appearing real. That's it; it's just false expectations appearing real. They're not real; they're just false expectations. You are visualizing something negative so.

If you are like, for example, I used to go down to the basement of my house, right? And I was like, Oh, there's gonna be monsters there. False expectations. I'm visualizing negative. While jogging in the middle of the night, I was jogging at five thirty a m with dog. Was afraid that a dog will run out and attack me. But just false expectations of visualizing something that didn't happen. Right? That there's no proof that it's gonna happen or like doing a social media post is gonna be everyone's gonna make fun of me. I'm visualizing something negative is all in our imagination So once I got over that, that helped. The second thing was with fear is that it's all about imagination, right? If you think about your fears, how often did that fear actually manifest? It's very very rare, right? And, often, you re you have that fear because of uh what media movies and stuff you are watching. But never really, really happens. And, then the third thing is like if you have fear the the longer you wait, there is actually fear is actually not.

The act itself is not scary, is the anticipation, waiting for it to do it. It's actually scary. So for example, if you are about to approach a successful person, the waiting to talk to them, approach them that drives fear. But once you start talking to them there's no fear. It's like doing a social uh social media post. Before you publish there's tremendous fear. Once actually hit the publishing, pushing the button to publish and post that should do here. So once I understood that.

That you make you have to take action quickly. So that's the tip: go take action quickly. Don't let it stop you because the longer you wait, the more the fear increases. The quicker you take action, the less fear you face.

Be Before You Become

In order to achieve the success you want, you have to be before you become.

That simply means you're going to be that person to become the person that gets the results you want.

That means:
1. You have to visualize the outcome you want and start acting as if it happened.
2. You have to have the habits, routines, and activities that that person has.

Make sure you are before you become. You have to act as if
